The Team is led by John Schneider, PhD, and Cara Scheibling, MBA. Dr. Schneider has more than 35 years of experience, more than 60 publications in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has provided testimony in more than 200 cases over the course of his career. Ms. Scheibling has more than 15 years of experience in health economics and litigation economics and has overseen the Avalon team and its growth since its inception. The core of the Avalon Health Economics team is its panel of experienced experts, which have broad expertise in economics, health economics, statistics, clinical medicine, biostatistics, health administration, and public health. The team is supported by senior economists and legal and policy analysts with extensive experience in analytics and project management.
